What we use and why
- Games and scores. Game, mode, score, duration and progress linked to a browser or account identifier, to provide play, records and requested challenges.
- Profiles and friends. Alias, avatar, favourites, friendships, invitations and shared results. When you sign in with ChatGPT, the access service supplies an account identifier and email for authentication; our game database uses a derived identifier. We do not receive your password or conversations.
- Online rooms. Alias, access identifiers, game and connection state so players can meet and play.
- Support contributions. Tier, amount, currency, date, Stripe references and payment status to process payments, grant perks and handle refunds. Card details are entered on Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Support and security. Information you send us and technical connection data, such as IP addresses and errors, to respond and prevent abuse.
- Optional analytics. Only after you accept cookies, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions using browser identifiers and device information. We do not use these cookies for personalised advertising.
Legal grounds
Games, accounts, social features and payments are processed to perform the service you request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Accounting and applicable duties are based on legal obligations (6(1)(c)). Protecting the service against fraud and abuse relies on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)). Analytics relies on your consent (6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw and still play. We request only information needed for each feature; without it that feature may be unavailable.
What other people see
Your alias and avatar may be visible to people with your profile link or who share a room, friendship or challenge. Shared scores and enabled cosmetic perks are also displayed. Choose an alias that does not identify you. Your email, private game history and payment data are not part of your public profile. We do not sell your data or make solely automated decisions with legal effects.
Providers and international transfers
We use OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, access and storage; Stripe for payments; and Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, if you allow it. They may process information outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Their policies describe adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses used depending on the service and destination. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your processing.

Retention
Profiles, friendships, scores and challenges are kept while we provide these features and until you request deletion. A room or challenge expiring does not itself delete its history. Enquiries are retained while handled and, where necessary, for claims. Payment records are retained for applicable tax and accounting periods —generally up to six years for accounting documents— with restricted access once no longer needed for the service. Browser storage periods appear in our cookie policy. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics; it does not automatically delete information already processed by Google.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, where applicable, by emailing info@navirialabs.com with the subject “ChocoJuegos privacy”. Explain your request and include your alias or profile link if available. Do not send identity documents initially; we will only ask for necessary verification where there are reasonable doubts. We normally respond within one month and will inform you of any lawful extension. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
To delete guest scores, contact us before clearing cookies, as you would lose the link to that history. Clearing your browser does not delete server data. Withdraw analytics using .
Children
Accounts and social features are intended for people aged 14 or over, also subject to the sign-in provider’s age and permission requirements. Under-14s may play without a profile under parental or guardian supervision; that adult must decide on optional cookies. Support contributions must be made by adults. Contact us to review and delete any child’s data provided without the necessary permission.
