Play and profiles
You can play for free without a profile. To keep a profile and use social features you must be at least 14 and meet ChatGPT’s sign-in requirements. Minors must have any required permission. Creating your profile means accepting these terms. Choose an appropriate alias and avoid personal information about yourself or others.
Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots that alter games, impersonate people, post unlawful content or harass others. Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems. We may proportionately restrict features or suspend profiles for established abuse, with the option to contact us for review. Scores and cosmetic perks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for prizes.
Support and perks
Support is voluntary, one-off and not a subscription. Choose 5, 15 or 30 euros, or the same amounts in US dollars. The displayed amount is the platform’s total charge, including applicable taxes; your bank may charge its own currency conversion fees. This is not a donation to a charity and we do not promise tax deductions.
The 5 tier includes a badge; the 15 tier adds three avatar frames; the 30 tier adds three profile backgrounds. Your highest confirmed tier applies; contributions do not add up towards higher tiers. Perks are personal, cosmetic and tied to your account while this service is provided. They do not improve scores or unlock paid games. A refund removes the perks from that contribution; a dispute may suspend them while it is resolved.
How payment works
Contributors must be aged 18 or over and authorised to use the payment method. Choose a tier and currency, sign in if needed, and review the summary on Stripe. You may correct the choice before confirming, or cancel and return. You are charged only after confirming on Stripe. If needed, a profile with a neutral alias is prepared for you.
Perks activate after payment verification. Confirmation appears on return to ChocoJuegos and contributions are listed in your private history. Request a receipt or invoice from info@navirialabs.com, specifying the payment date and reference. These terms can be saved or printed from this page. Transactions are available in Spanish and English; we retain the transaction record, which you may request.
Withdrawal and payment issues
You have 14 calendar days from payment to request withdrawal by emailing info@navirialabs.com, without giving a reason. We do not ask you to waive that right to activate perks. State your decision, payment date and contribution reference. We will refund the amount using the original payment method, without fees from us, within 14 calendar days of your notice. The perks from that contribution will be removed.
You may use this optional form: “To Naviria Labs, info@navirialabs.com, Calle Marie Curie 7, Edificio Beta, Planta 7, Ático 4, Parque Empresarial Rivas Futura, 28521 Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Madrid, España: I withdraw from my ChocoJuegos contribution made on [date], reference [reference]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Signature, only if sent on paper.”
For duplicate or unrecognised charges or missing perks, contact info@navirialabs.com. This does not limit statutory remedies for lack of conformity of digital services.
Availability and changes
We may fix, expand or remove games and carry out maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; we handle incidents and retain all legally applicable responsibilities. For changes materially affecting purchased perks, we will inform you and respect applicable legal remedies. Updated terms will be dated and will not retrospectively remove your rights.
Privacy, law and complaints
Data and cookies are explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy. Accepting these terms does not mean accepting optional cookies. Spanish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your habitual country of residence.
